Senior Playing Coach

Vermont Cricket Club is seeking applications for a Senior Playing Coach for Season 2024/25 and beyond.

We are a strong, successful and well-established cricket club boasting a great history on field. We currently field four Senior Men’s teams, fourteen Junior Teams including an U18 Development Team, and Veterans Teams. We have a ‘One Club’ approach, a hard-working supportive Committee along with exceptional facilities including a new fully rebuilt main ground, new 4 lane all-enclosed training nets, and full-feature electronic scoreboard. Remuneration will be on offer in line with the demonstrated required capability & experience of the preferred candidate.

 

Key Selection Criteria

• Proven track record & strong desire to play cricket at the highest grade within the club.
• Strong leadership qualities & understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of the game.
• Highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a passion for the game.
• An experienced cricketer seeking an opportunity to step into a coaching role and develop all abilities/ages.
• Level 1 Cricket Coaching Accreditation preferred.
